Return & Exchange Policy
Before initiating your return, we kindly invite you to verify the correct website of your purchase and carefully read the corresponding return policy:
· For any orders that have already been shipped but are rejected by the customer for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for both the shipping cost (including return shipping). The refund will be the total amount you paid minus the entire shipping cost.
· Our products have undergone rigorous quality control. Due to the susceptibility of the gold-plating layer to minor scratches, which may impact secondary sales, we regret to inform you that returns or exchanges will not be accepted once the product is unsealed. Please ensure that the product you are returning packaging is complete; otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.However, should you encounter any quality issues, please contact our official customer service within 7 days for after-sales assistance.
· For any return orders, you can apply for a return and refund on www.ofhunger.com through the system or contact us via Email: service@ofhunger.com.
Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for the processing of your return or exchange. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. Upon acceptance of your return or exchange, you will receive a confirmation email, and your refund/replacement order will be issued. Just a reminder that the refund will deduct the shipping cost; only the product purchase price will be refunded.
